Buying activity
From 1/27/12-2/2/12 199 residential properties went under contract in the tri-county area. Of those , 144 were residential single family homes- not bad!
Of the 144, 28% were foreclosures or short sales and the median price was $222k and that is about $106 a SqFT. -19 were under $100K and 7 were over $1M. That is good news.
